Help Yourself

Part of my mission is to connect people to help.  When you need an advocate, often times you have to be the first one to help yourself.  The process of healing and self-discovery only works if you want it to.  If you or someone you know are ever in a crisis situation, PLEASE contact someone.  If you aren't sure where to start, here a few good places:
